Eligible for refunds:
- New subscriptions purchased directly through PrepCraft
- Subscription plan upgrades (refund difference only)
- Subscriptions purchased with promotional codes
Not eligible for refunds:
- Requests made after the 7-day window
- Scholarship accounts (these are provided free of charge)
- Gift subscriptions redeemed by recipients
- Accounts suspended for terms of service violations
