We offer full refunds within 7 days of your initial purchase. This gives you and your child adequate time to explore PrepCraft's features and determine if our platform meets your educational needs.

  • All subscription plans (monthly and annual)
  • First-time purchases
  • Subscription upgrades within the 7-day window
  • Full refund of the amount paid

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your request must be submitted within 7 calendar days of your purchase date. The 7-day period begins at the time of successful payment processing.

Eligible for refunds:

  • New subscriptions purchased directly through PrepCraft
  • Subscription plan upgrades (refund difference only)
  • Subscriptions purchased with promotional codes

Not eligible for refunds:

  • Requests made after the 7-day window
  • Scholarship accounts (these are provided free of charge)
  • Gift subscriptions redeemed by recipients
  • Accounts suspended for terms of service violations

Account Access During Refund Process

  • Your account will remain active until the refund is processed
  • You may continue using PrepCraft during the processing period
  • Once the refund is complete, your subscription will be cancelled

Special Circumstances

Promotional Offers

If you purchased a subscription with a promotional discount or special offer, the refund will be for the actual amount paid, not the full retail price.

Multiple Children

If you have multiple children on your account and wish to reduce the number of children covered, please contact us. We may be able to adjust your subscription rather than process a full refund.

Technical Issues

If you're experiencing technical difficulties that prevent you from using PrepCraft, please contact our support team before requesting a refund. We're often able to resolve technical issues quickly.

Payment Method Refunds

Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds will be processed to the original card used for purchase. If the card is no longer valid, please contact us for alternative arrangements.

Digital Wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.): Refunds will be processed through the same digital wallet service.

Bank Transfers: Refunds will be processed to the original bank account (may take 7-14 business days).
